On August 28, 2023, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. LIT was appointed by the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta to act as receiver (the “Receiver”) of the business and operations of the Calgary Westin Airport Hotel, the Four Points by Sheraton Edmonton West, and the Element Edmonton West Hotel (the “Three Hotels”).
