Status of file as of November 14, 2023

On November 10, 2023, following an application by the secured creditor Investissement Québec, the Superior Court of Québec issued a transition order authorizing the continuation of the proceedings under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (the "CCAA") and Raymond Chabot Inc. was appointed Monitor of the business and financial affairs of the Debtors. Status of file as of October 16, 2023

On October 13, 2023, following the filing of a motion by the Debtors, the Superior Court of Québec issued an order extending the time to file a Proposal and the Stay Period to November 10, 2023. We refer you to the order dated October 13, 2023 for more details.

Status of file as of September 20, 2023

Alliance Magnesium Inc., Alliance Magnesium Metallurgy Inc., Alliance Magnesium Mining Inc. and Tergeo Critical Minerals Inc. (the "Debtors") have filed with the Official Receiver a “Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal and Interim Receiver” pursuant to Subsection 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act on the 14th day of September 2023.

Pursuant to Section 69 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, all proceedings against the Debtors are stayed as of the date of filing the Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal and Interim Receiver with the Official Receiver.

Also, on September 20, 2023, the Superior Court of Quebec issued an order appointing PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. as Interim Receiver of the Debtors. We refer you to the Order dated September 20, 2023 for further information.
