Status of file as of March 11, 2025

Notice is given that on March 10, 2025, the Superior Court of Quebec approved the proposal of Angiochem Inc. as accepted by the creditors at a meeting held on February 25, 2025.

Creditors have until May 9, 2025 (being 60 days following the Court’s approval of the proposal) to confirm their election of payment option using the form provided for this purpose (form available in the “Notice to Creditors” section).

Status of file as of February 26, 2025

On February 25, 2025, the proposal of Angiochem Inc. was approved by the creditors during a creditors’ meeting held on same date.

In accordance with the Notice of Hearing of Application for Court Approval of Proposal already sent to creditors on February 14, 2025, take notice that an application will be made to the Court, on the 10th day of March 2025, at 9:00 a.m., in virtual, at the Quebec courthouse, located at 300, Jean-Lesage Boulevard (Quebec) G1K 8K6, to approve such proposal.

Status of file as of February 14, 2025

On February 13, 2025, with the authorization of the inspectors of the bankruptcy of Angiochem Inc., the Trustee has filed on behalf of the Debtor a proposal under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.

The meeting of creditors will be held on February 25, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., by videoconference, the link to which can be obtained by communicating with the trustee at the email address: ca_pwc_qc@pwc.com.

An application for Court approval of the proposal, in the event that the latter is approved by the creditors during the meeting of February 25, 2025, will be made on March 10, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. at the Quebec courthouse.

Creditors will have 60 days following the Court’s approval of the proposal to confirm their election of payment option using the form provided for this purpose, i.e. no later than May 9, 2025 (form available in the “Notice to Creditors” section).

Status of file as of December 23, 2024

On December 19, 2024, a bankruptcy order was made against Angiochem Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., LIT, was appointed as trustee of the estate by the Court, subject to affirmation by the creditors of the trustee's appointment or substitution of another trustee by the creditors

The first meeting of creditors of the bankrupt will be held on January 9, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.:
