Status of File as of May 18th, 2018
On May 18, 2018, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. was appointed Receiver of the vehicles set out in Schedule B of the Receivership Order (the “Vehicles”), along with the records and accounts of 2075868 Alberta Ltd., Calvin Mirbach, Gregory Rasmussen, and GRR Leasing, as they pertain to the Vehicles. A copy of the Receivership Order can be accessed under the Court Orders tab of this website.
