On April 3, 2023, an order was granted by the Supreme Court of British Columbia (“Receivership Order”) appointing PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. as Receiver and manager of certain lands and other assets, undertakings and property of Blue Sky Estate Winery Ltd., Imraj Holding Enterprises Ltd., Harpreet Singh Toor, and Navpreet Kaur Toor (the "Debtors"); however, the Receivership Order did not become effective until noon on April 26, 2023.
