Status of File as of May 29, 2020
On May 29, 2020 Boulder Creek Golf Course Limited Partnership was assigned into bankruptcy and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., LIT was named as Trustee. A copy of the Notice and Proof of Claim may be accessed under the "Bankruptcy" tab of this website.
Status of the File as at May 25, 2020
The Boulder Creek golf course has been sold effective April 17, 2020.
The sale process for the Silverwing golf course did not result in a viable offer. As a result, the Silverwing golf course is now under the control of the landlord, the Calgary Airport Authority. The Receiver was discharged with respect to the Silverwing property effective May 25, 2020.
Status of the File as of December 12, 2019
On December 12, 2019, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., LIT, was appointed Receiver of Boulder Creek Golf Course Ltd., Boulder Creek Golf Course Limited Partnership, Silverwing Golf Course Ltd, and Silverwing Golf Course Limited Partnership pursuant to an Order of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta.
