The First Meeting of Creditors will be at 2 PM on March 20, 2013 in the offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., Suite 200, 123 - 2 Avenue South, Saskatoon, SK,. An Order of the Court of Queen's Bench of Saskatchewan was granted on June 14, 2012, amending the Interim Receivership order granted on May 8, 2012 and appointing PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. has been appointed Receiver of 101142701 Saskatchewan Ltd. and Cava Secreta Wines and Spirits Limited.

In addition, on June 14, 2012, an Order Adjourning Notices of Motions for the Purpose of Exploring Mediation was also granted. Copies of these orders may be accessed in the "Court Order" section of this website.

On May 8, 2012 PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. was appointed Interim Receiver pursuant to an Order of the Court of Queens Bench of Saskatchewan, Judicial Centre of Saskatoon.
