Status of file as of June 14, 2022
Take notice that Coast to Coast Sunglasses Inc. filed an assignment on the 13th day of June 2022, and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., Licensed Insolvency Trustee (Eric Tadros, CPA, CIRP, LIT, trustee in charge), was appointed as trustee of the estate of the bankrupt by the official receiver, subject to affirmation by the creditors of the trustee's appointment or substitution of another trustee by the creditors.
The first meeting of creditors of the bankrupt will be held on June 30, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. by videoconference, the access link for which is available by contacting the trustee by email at ca_pwc_qc@pwc.com.
Status of file as of April 6, 2022
On March 30, 2022, following the filing of a Confidential Motion, the Superior Court of Quebec issued an Approval and Vesting Order authorizing the sale of certain assets. We refer you to the Order dated March 30, 2022 for more details.
Status of file as of January 10, 2022
On January 10, 2022, PwC became the Receiver in respect of the property of Coast to Coast Sunglasses Inc. pursuant to a Court Order rendered by the Superior Court of Quebec.
