Status of File as of September 23, 2019
On September 23, 2019, the Receiver filed its Second Report to the Court seeking, among other things, approval of a sale of the Company's real estate. The application will be heard on October 1, 2019.
Status of File as of June 4th, 2018
In our capacity as Receiver, we are soliciting offers for the assets of Crossline Auto Group. The Receiver will be selling the assets by tender with a deadline for the receipt of offers of June 22, 2018 and July 4, 2018 for the vehicle inventory and real estate, respectively. An information package on this opportunity and form of offer is available upon request. Interested parties should contact Sumeet Saroya or Mark Wong.
Status of File as of May 18th, 2018
On May 18, 2018, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. was appointed Receiver of 1978956 Alberta Ltd., 1406386 AB Ltd., 1599068 Alberta Ltd., Crossline Consulting Ltd., and Crossline Truck & Auto Sales Ltd. (collectively referred herein as the “Crossline Auto Group” or the “Company”) by the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta (“Receivership Order”).
