Take notice that Duchesne Lac-Mégantic Inc. filed an assignment on the 26th day of April 2023, and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., Licensed Insolvency Trustee (Jean-Christophe Hamel, CPA, CIRP, LIT, trustee in charge), was appointed as trustee of the estate of the bankrupt by the official receiver, subject to affirmation by the creditors of the trustee's appointment or substitution of another trustee by the creditors.
The first meeting of creditors of the bankrupt will be held on May 12, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. by videoconference, the access link for which is available by contacting the trustee by email at ca_pwc_qc@pwc.com.
