On February 22, 2011, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. was appointed Receiver of all the current and future assets, undertakings and properties of Elaborate Homes Ltd. and Elaborate Developments Inc. pursuant to the provision of an Order granted by the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta.
