Status of file as of February 12, 2025

On February 7, 2025, pursuant to the provisions of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada) (“BIA”) and the Ancillary Order, issued by the Court on October 11, 2024, in the CCAA Proceedings of the Applicants, each, Indiva Limited, 1001018442 Ontario Inc., Indiva Amalco Ltd. and 2639177 Ontario Inc. (each the “Company”) was assigned into bankruptcy and PwC was appointed as licensed insolvency trustee (the “Trustee”) of the bankrupt estate of each Company by the official receiver, subject to affirmation by the creditors of the Trustee's appointment or substitution of another trustee by the creditors.  

On February 12, 2025, in accordance with the provisions of the BIA, a Notice of Bankruptcy, including the statement of affairs, the list of creditors, the Proof of Claim and the Proxy forms (the “Notice of Bankruptcy”) was sent to all known creditors of each Company.

The first meeting of creditors (the “Meeting”) will be held virtually at the following date and time:

To join the Meeting, a creditor must lodge with the Trustee a Proof of Claim and a Proxy form (where applicable). Completed Proofs of Claim and Proxy forms should be emailed to ca_cmt_processing@pwc.com.
