Montréal it's electric filed an assignment on the 5th day of February 2018, and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., Licensed Insolvency Trustee (Philippe Jordan, CPA, CMA, CIRP, LIT, trustee in charge), was appointed as trustee of the estate of the bankrupt by the official receiver, subject to affirmation by the creditors of the trustee's appointment or substitution of another trustee by the creditors.
The first meeting of creditors of the bankrupt will be held on February 23, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. at the office of the trustee, at 1250 Rene-Levesque Blvd. West, Suite 2500, Boardroom 2524, Montreal, Quebec H3B 4Y1.
