On September 4, 2020, following the filing of a Motion by the Company, the Superior Court of Quebec issued two orders extending the stay of proceedings against Orbite Technologies Inc. until December 3, 2020 and approving a transaction for the sale of certain assets (mining claims). On March 30, 2020, following the filing of a Motion by the Company, the Superior Court of Quebec issued an Order extending the stay of proceedings against Orbite Technologies Inc. until September 4, 2020 and approving a transaction for the sale of certain assets. Status of file as of December 24, 2019 

On December 23, 2019, following the filing of a Motion by the Company, the Superior Court of Quebec issued an Order approving the license agreement executed by the Monitor on behalf of Orbite as outlined in the termsheet approved December 13th 2019.

On December 13, 2019, following the filing of a Motion by the Company, the Superior Court of Quebec issued an Order providing for: 

• An extension of the stay of proceedings against Orbite Technologies Inc. until January 24, 2020;
• The monitor and purchaser to conform with the terms and conditions of the termsheet.

Status of file as of November 27, 2019 

On November 26, 2019, following the filing of a Motion by the Company, the Superior Court of Quebec issued a Seventh Amended and Restated Initial Order providing for: 

• Extension of the stay of proceedings against Orbite Technologies Inc. until December 13, 2019; 
• Approval of a $320,000 Interim Financing and a related Interim Financing charge over the Company’s assets.

On October 28, 2019, following the filing of a Motion by the Company, the Superior Court of Quebec issued a Sixth Amended and Restated Initial Order providing for:

• Granting of increasing powers to the Monitor.

Status of file as of June 6, 2019 

On June 6, 2019, following the filing of a Motion by the Company, the Superior Court of Quebec issued an Order extending the stay of proceedings against Orbite Technologies Inc. until August 16, 2019. We refer you to the Extension of Delay Order dated June 6, 2019 for more details.

Status of file as of March 7, 2019

On March 6, 2019, following the filing of a Motion by the Company, the Superior Court of Quebec issued a Fifth Amended and Restated Initial Order providing for:

• Extension of the stay of proceedings against Orbite Technologies Inc. until June 7, 2019;
• Approval of an Amended Second Interim Financing which increases the loan made in June 2018 by $650,000 , for a total amount of $8.1 million extended to date, and a related Interim Financing super-priority charge over the Company’s assets;
• Approval of a $2 million Interim Financing and a related Interim Financing charge over the Company’s assets;
• Amendment of the terms of the Key Employees Retention Program initially disclosed on May 24, 2017 to increase the number of eligible key employees and the amounts they are entitled to. The amount of the charge over the Company’s assets remains however unchanged.

Status of file as of January 31, 2019 

On January 30, 2019, following the filing of a Motion by the Company, the Superior Court of Quebec issued an eighth Order extending the stay of proceedings against Orbite Technologies Inc. until March 8, 2019. This Order also grants Orbite permission to postpone until October 31, 2019 the delay to call its annual meeting of shareholders. Status of file as of July 16, 2018 

On July 16, 2018, following the filing of a Motion by the Company, the Superior Court of Quebec issued a seventh Order extending the stay of proceedings against Orbite Technologies Inc. until February 1st, 2019. On January 29, 2018, following the filing of a Motion by the Company, the Superior Court of Quebec issued a fourth Order extending the stay of proceedings against Orbite Technologies Inc. until March 31, 2018. Status of file as of October 31, 2017

On October 30, 2017, following the filing of a Motion by the Company, the Superior Court of Quebec issued a third amended and restated Initial Order, extending the stay of proceedings against Orbite Technologies Inc. until January 31, 2018. This Order also grants Orbite permission to postpone until April 27, 2018 the delay to call its annual meeting of shareholders and directs the Monitor to release the balance of the Interim Facility to Orbite. On the same date, the Superior Court also issued a Claims Procedure Order. All the pertaining details will be posted on the Monitor's Website not later than 5:00 p.m. on  November 6, 2017.

Status of file as of August 3, 2017

On August 1^st, 2017, following the filing of a Motion by the Company, the Superior Court of Quebec issued a second amended and restated Initial Order, extending the stay of proceedings against Orbite Technologies Inc. until October 31^st, 2017, approving the $6.8 million debtor-in-possession financing ("DIP") financing from the holders of Orbite's 7% Convertible Secured Debentures due September 28, 2018 and a related DIP super-priority charge over the Company's assets. Status of file as of May 24, 2017

On May 23, 2017, following the filing of a Motion by the Company, the Superior Court of Quebec issued an amended and restated Initial Order, extending the stay of proceedings against Orbite Technologies Inc. until August 4, 2017 and approving the Key Employee Retention Program. On the same date, the Superior Court issued a second order to postpone until January 31, 2018 the delay for Orbite Technologies Inc. to call its annual meeting of shareholders. Status of file as of May 1^st, 2017

The Company filed a petition for continuance of the BIA proceedings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (“CCAA”). The Superior Court of Québec granted the petition and issued an Initial Order pursuant to the CCAA on April 28th, 2017. The Company is now under the protection of the CCAA and the Initial Order provides for an initial stay of all proceedings until May 29^th, 2017 and appoints PricewaterhouseCoopers as monitor of the business and financial affairs of the Company.

Status of file as of April 3, 2017

TAKE NOTICE THAT Orbite Technologies Inc., of the City of Montreal, Province of Quebec, has filed with the Official Receiver a “Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal” pursuant to Subsection 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act on the 3^rd day of April 2017.

Pursuant to Section 69 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, all proceedings against the corporation are stayed as of the date of filing the Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal with the Official Receiver.
