On October 13, 2022, the Court granted orders approving distributions to certain secured creditors, the repayment of the employee accommodation, and the discharge of the Receiver.
Status of file as of October 3, 2022
On October 3, 2020, the Receiver sent its Second and Final Report to the Court for filing, seeking, among other things, the approval of a distribution of funds held by the Receiver to certain parties, and secured creditors, along with the Receiver's discharge. The hearing is scheduled for October 13, 2022 at 2 p.m. A copy of the Second and Final Report and application can be found in the Court Reports and Application Materials section of this website, respectively.
Status of file as of June 29, 2020
On June 29, 2020, the Court granted the Approval and Vesting Order, Sealing Order, and the Distribution Order sought by the Receiver.
Status of file as of June 22, 2020
On June 22, 2020, the Receiver filed its First Report to the Court seeking, among other things, the approval of the sale of Proform's assets to 285319 Alberta Ltd., and a proposed distribution to Servus Credit Union. The hearing is scheduled for June 29, 2020. A copy of the First Report and application materials can be found in the Court Reports and Application Materials sections of this website.
Status of file as of May 11, 2020
On May 11, 2020, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., LIT was appointed Receiver of Proform Management Inc., Proform Concrete Services Inc., and Proform Construction Products Inc. (collectively referred to as "Proform") by the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta ("Receivership Order"). A copy of the Receivership Order can be accessed under the Court Orders tab of this website.
