Status of file as at January 8, 2021

S. Cohen Inc. is deemed to have filed an assignment on the 8th day of January 2021 and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., LIT (David Malin, CPA, CA, CIRP, LIT) was appointed as Trustee of the estate of the bankrupt by the official receiver, subject to affirmation by the creditors of the trustee’s appointment or substitution of another trustee by the creditors.

On July 31, 2020, S.Cohen Inc. filed with the Superior Court of Québec a motion for the authorization and approval of a sale and solicitation process.
