On April 11, 2025, following the filing of a motion by the Debtor, the Superior Court of Québec issued an Order confirming the eligibility of former employees of Technicolor Canada, Inc. under the Wage Earner Protection Program.

On March 25, 2025, following the filing of a motion by the Debtor, the Superior Court of Québec issued an Approval, Assignment and Vesting Order in connection with a transaction for the sale of certain assets. On March 27, 2025, following the filing of a motion by the Debtor, the Superior Court of Québec issued an order extending the time to file a Proposal and the Stay Period to May 12, 2025. On March 6, 2025, the Superior Court of Québec issued an order appointing PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. as Interim Receiver of Technicolor Canada, Inc. We refer you to the Order dated March 6, 2025 for further details.

Status of file as of March 4, 2025

Technicolor Canada, Inc., of the City of Montreal , Province of Quebec, has filed with the Official Receiver a “Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal” pursuant to Subsection 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act on the 26th day of February 2025. Pursuant to Section 69 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, all proceedings against the corporation are stayed as of the date of filing the Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal with the Official Receiver.
