Status of file as of February 29, 2024

Take notice that following the rejection of the proposal by the creditors during the meeting held on February 29, 2024, Transbroue Inc. is deemed to have made an assignment as of February 29, 2024 retroactive to the date of the filing of the notice of intention to file a proposal on December 7, 2023.

Status of file as of February 8, 2024

Take notice that Transbroue Inc. has lodged with us a proposal under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act on February 8, 2024.

A general meeting of creditors will be held at the office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy, Sun Life Building, 1155 Metcalfe Street, Suite 950, Room 1071, Montréal (Quebec) H3B 2V6 on the 29th day of February, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.

Status of file as of January 24, 2024

On January 24, 2024, an Amended notice of filing of intention to make a proposal has been sent to the creditors (available in the Notice to creditors section of this page).

Status of file as of January 4, 2024

On December 29, 2023, following the filing of a motion by the Debtor, the Superior Court of Québec issued an order extending the time to file a Proposal and the Stay Period to February 8, 2024.

Status of file as of December 7, 2023

Transbroue Inc. has filed with the Official Receiver a “Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal” pursuant to Subsection 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act on the 7th day of December 2023.
