Status of File as of December 23, 2024

On December 23, 2024, the Trustee issued a notice of bankruptcy and first meeting creditors (the “Notice”) to all known creditors of the Company.

The first meeting of creditors (the “Meeting”) will be held virtually, on January 9, 2025 at 10 a.m. (Toronto time). The link and dial-in information is available below:

To attend the Meeting, creditors have to file their Proof of Claim and where necessary a Proxy form with the Trustee. Completed Proofs of Claim and Proxy forms should be emailed to ca_cmt_processing@pwc.com.

Status of File as of December 20, 2024

On December 20, 2024, Turnkey Site Solutions Ltd. ("Turnkey" or the "Company") made an assignment into bankruptcy for the general benefit of creditors pursuant to the provisions of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada) R.S.C. 1985, c. B-3, as amended ("BIA"), and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., LIT (“PwC”) was appointed as Licensed Insolvency Trustee of the estate of the Company (the “Trustee”).

A notice of the bankruptcy and first meeting of creditors (the "Notice") will be sent to all known creditors in accordance with the provisions of the BIA.
