Pursuant to the order of Justice McEwen issued on April 3, 2019 in the CCAA proceeding of 1939243 Ontario Inc., formerly known as Vari-From Inc., on April 10, 2019 1939243 Ontario Inc. filed an assignment in bankruptcy wherein PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., LIT was appointed Trustee pending affirmation at the First Meeting of Creditors. The Superintendent of Bankruptcy issued a corresponding Certificate of Appointment on April 11, 2019.
Notice of the bankruptcy and the first meeting of creditors and materials relating to the bankruptcy proceedings was mailed by the Trustee on April 15, 2019 to all known creditors of the Company, pursuant to the provisions of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
The first meeting of creditors will be held on April 29, 2019 at 11:00 am, at the Portuguese Canadian Club, 375 York Street, Strathroy, Ontario, N7G 3T6.
