From Manager to Leader is a programme focused on the essential skills needed for managing

“From Manager to Leader” programme consists of 3 modules and each of them is focused on a different aspect needed not only to be successful as a manager but to thrive as a leader:

Module 1: Why Leadership? - it encompasses the topics of Emotional Intelligence and the Manager as an ‘Enabler’

Module 2: The role of Followers - during this module the aspects of Psychological Safety and Trust as well as Leaders and Thinking Styles are covered

Module 3: Change - the last modules is focused on the effective ways to lead people through change and seeing the role of the leader as an influencer

Tim has over 3 decades of experience as a leadership and management coach, author, program designer and facilitator. He has a long track record of producing relevant and original content delivered to a broad range of clients across geographies and sectors. 

His specific areas of interest and experience include: leadership and the use of action learning to facilitate change; building cross-cultural and innovative teams; and the transformation of managers to enablers.
