Legal Flash: Increased minimum salary & Extension of digital work card transition

Ministerial Decision 25058/2024 of the Ministry of Labour and Social Security introduced an increase in the minimum salary for all employees in Greece. Additionally, Ministerial Decision 24595/2024 extends the transitional period for the digital work card in the industrial and retail sectors and defers the implementation of the ERGANI II revisions.
