Legal Flash: Joint Ministerial Decision
Pursuant to Art. 143 ST, paragraph 2(A) of L. 4001/2011, the Joint Ministerial Decision, on the Competitive Bidding Processes for the Granting of Investment and Operating Aid to Electricity Storage Stations, has been issued.
The selection of the Electricity Storage Stations (ESSs), through three successive competitive bidding processes, shall take place until 31.12.2023 whereas the selected ESSs should be put under operation until 31.12.2025.
