Gail Moore

Gail Moore


Gail Moore, a partner at PwC Jamaica with over 22 years of experience in accountancy, provides assurance services and manages financial statement audits for companies in sectors such as telecommunications, banking, and manufacturing. She leads large consolidation audits involving complex transactions.

Gail spearheads PwC Jamaica’s Net Zero commitment, focusing on reducing carbon emissions, switching to renewable energy, and offsetting air travel. She also builds strategic relationships to promote environmental protection through education, advocacy, and policy efforts.

Additionally, she chairs PwC Jamaica’s IFRS Technical Committee and is part of PwC’s Caribbean accounting consulting group. Gail was seconded to PwC Toronto in 2015, working with financial services clients. She also chairs ICAJ's Continuing Professional Development Committee, is a member of its Accounting Standards Committee, and holds fellowships with ACCA UK and ICAJ, as well as membership in the CFA Society Jamaica.

Garfield Reece

Garfield Reece

Garfield Reece, an audit partner at PwC Jamaica with over 23 years of experience, leads financial and internal audit engagements across various industries, including manufacturing, financial services, and the public sector. He has managed audits for entities listed on the Jamaica Stock Exchange and those regulated by the Financial Services Commission and Bank of Jamaica. Garfield has also conducted multi-location audits for large financial institutions and private companies with operations in over 30 countries. A certified chartered accountant and certified information systems auditor (CISA), he has extensive IT audit experience and has led regulatory reviews for utilities in Jamaica and the Bahamas. He was seconded to PwC Canada, where he managed audit clients in the financial services sector, focusing on insurance and mortgage banking.


Tricia-Ann Smith DaSilva

Tricia-Ann Smith DaSilva

Tricia-Ann Smith DaSilva is an audit partner in PwC’s Assurance practice with over 15 years of experience. She specializes in IFRS 15 (Revenue Recognition) and IFRS 16 (Leases), providing independent accounting advice on complex matters. As PwC Jamaica’s methodology lead and member of local and regional accounting technical committees, she also serves as the lead Technical Partner for PwC Guyana. Tricia-Ann has extensive experience in financial, internal, and IT audits, overseeing large consolidation audits across multiple jurisdictions. She is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Information Systems Auditor, Certified Forensic Accountant, and holds an MBA from Florida International University. Additionally, she is a Director of the Executive Advisory Board of the American Board of Forensic Accounting.

Kimblian Batson

Kimblian Batson

Kimblian is a partner with PwC Jamaica and has over 22 years experience as a tax professional, serving in the public sector and the accounting  profession. She has had the opportunity to build strong relationships with officials at the Ministry of Finance, Tax Administration Jamaica and professional bodies such as the Insurance Association of Jamaica (IAJ)  through participation in projects, including the reform of the tax regime for the Life Insurance Industry in Jamaica.

Kimblian contributes to the provision of advice to a range of clients across several industry sectors - including telecom, energy, manufacturing, distribution, retail, tourism, banking, insurance, services - on a wide range of Jamaican tax matters. She has actively been involved in negotiations with the Revenue authorities on behalf of clients in various industries including the Tourism and Energy sectors.

Kimblian holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Management Studies from the University of the West Indies, a post graduate diploma in Tax Audit and Revenue Administration and a Master of Science Degree in Management Information Systems. Kimblian is a chartered accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica’s (ICAJ) Taxation Committee. She also serves as the Diversity and Inclusion Leader for Jamaica.
