The Receiver/Manager of Mystic Mountain Limited (“MML”), Wilfred Baghaloo, invites investors to submit a Request for an Expression of Interest (“REOI”) for the acquisition of an environmentally friendly amusement and theme park located in the parish of St. Ann, which is often called the “Garden Parish” in Jamaica.
Jamaica, which is known for its unique culture, sports, beaches, and music, continues to be the travel destination of choice in the Caribbean as total visitor arrivals were over 4.2 million (cruise and stopovers) before the Covid-19 pandemic. Jamaica has several ports of entry including three (3) international ports and five (5) cruise ports with a population of over 2.9 million.
MML offers a unique array of adventure tours for all ages such as the Sky Explorer, Bobsled Jamaica, Ragamuffin rollercoaster, e-ATVs and Ziplining. The property is approximately 97 acres of leased lands and MML currently operates on about 10 acres of said property.

Requirements for Interested Parties
To be eligible to participate in this process, all parties are required to provide the following on or before 12:00 noon eastern standard time (Jamaica time) on 9 May 2022.
- A list of all major principals and/or shareholders of the interested party and jurisdiction(s) of operation and registration
- Evidence of demonstrable track record in the development, management, and operation of an amusement and theme park
- Evidence of financial capabilities
An Information Memorandum (which provides more details on the opportunity and process to be followed) will be made available to shortlisted persons through our virtual data room on 9 May 2022 at a cost of US$1,000.
