Monitoring and evaluation is critical for programme management. It offers proof of whether a project or a program is on track and information for managers to make important decisions throughout the project. M&E is an important source of knowledge of what works and what doesn't and helps to drive accountability to program funders. We have a proven track record of carrying out complex assessments on programme approaches to report on results and recommend improvement in the delivery methods.
