Our focus includes strengthening the Public Financial Management functions, Governance and Administrative services.

We have supported various governments in the process of transition by setting up the critical functions and structures to ensure public funds are utilised effectively for provision of services to taxpayers. We work with the government at various levels to design strategies for generating revenue to provide various services to the citizens.

Monitoring and evaluation is critical for programme management. It offers proof of whether a project or a program is on track and information for managers to make important decisions throughout the project. M&E is an important source of knowledge of what works and what doesn't and helps to drive accountability to program funders. We have a proven track record of carrying out complex assessments on programme approaches to report on results and recommend improvement in the delivery methods.
