PwC Mongolia together with the Mongolian Tax Authority conducted training on transfer pricing (“TP”) and international tax for 100 senior tax inspectors between 20-24 March, 2017. The purpose of the training was to increase knowledge and skills of tax inspectors based on theory, international experience and practical cases.
PwC Tax Director, Anuar Mukanov, and Mongolia country tax leader, Tsendmaa Choijamts, led the TP training, covering TP fundamentals, Mongolian rules and practices and global developments. PwC Tax Manager, Maryna Tarnavska conducted the international tax training focused on theory and application of double tax treaties, permanent establishment concepts and anti-avoidance rules.
