Assertive communication

 

The training course is intended for all professionals who wish to improve their communication skills and to learn how to express their opinion and/or disagreement openly and directly, in neither aggressive nor passive way, say No without being negative, react to an attempt of manipulation or emotional blackmail.

 

After completing the course you will:

  • be able to distinguish between aggressive, passive and manipulative behavior;

  • manage to communicate more effectively and directly your opinions as well as demands;

  • know how to request what is relevant;

  • say “No” to unacceptable demands without causing any trouble;

  • reduce the likelihood of misunderstandings and conflicts;

  • improve the chance of quick and constructive conflict resolution.
