Changes to the monthly minimum wage effective from April 1, 2025

In brief
Following Resolution No. 3, issued on October 7, 2024, by the National Tripartite Committee on Labor and Social Consensus, the minimum wage will increase to MNT 4,715 per hour or MNT 792,000 per month beginning April 1, 2025.
Consequently, the monthly cap for employee social insurance contributions will be adjusted to MNT 910,800 from April 1, 2025. Previously, the minimum monthly wage was MNT 660,000, with the social insurance contribution capped at MNT 759,000.
