Founded in 2007, the PwC Tax Academy pioneered structured tax training in Namibia, reinforcing our commitment to growing talent for the general broader market.
We currently support 3 candidates in a three-year practical programme and 6 in our new four-year Tax Compliance Academy, all advancing their studies in taxation and finance.
To date, the Academy has graduated 25 professional, 92% from previously disadvantaged background, demonstrating our sustained investment in inclusive growth and tax expertise.
