The PwC Namibia Business School is pleased to announce the launch of our first Learn 2 Lead Summit. The conference is specifically developed for those individuals who are new to supervisory or management roles to middle management - for those taking up new responsibilities as a leader can be daunting and this summit is developed with the new manager in mind, to equip you with essential skills and knowledge to enhance your leadership skills.
Join us for these 2 and half days and experience an array of exciting, insightful sessions designed to educate, empower and enlighten.
The sessions will include valuable sessions on:

How to lead with confidence,
How to engage your team effectively with motivation and resilience.
How to persevere through challenges and setbacks
How to get started with staff counseling and how to make a difference for your team

All of which are designed to empower you and provide you with the required knowledge to effectively manage yourself and your teams in the continued efforts in becoming an impactful leader.

Knowing your CliftonStrengths will accelerate your personal development and increase your self-awareness of how you most naturally think, feel, and behave. Applying your CliftonStrengths in your everyday life, will help you to become an authentic leader.
