Professionalism and Workplace Ethics Training
This workshop is designed to provide participants with an understanding of the meaning of professional behaviour in the workplace, starting with an understanding of yourself and the image you portray, how that impacts on your interaction with others and helping you to apply this knowledge to your work environment in terms of living your organisational values through the service you provide.
The course is aimed at providing participants with the skills required to behave in a professional manner in a business environment, by:
- developing self-knowledge through practical self-analysis,
- understanding behaviour preferences and relating these to self and the behaviour of others,
- defining and understanding the meaning of professionalism,
- applying all these techniques to the client/customer environment and building relationships,
- Understanding the importance of ethics in the workplace.

- Presenting Yourself - Image; Dress Code; First Impressions
- Know Yourself - Personal Assessment; Self-esteem; Body Image
- Attitude - What is it? How do we change it?
- Communication - Non-verbal - Body Language; Importance of Listening skills
- Workplace Ethics - Ethical Behaviour; Values
