As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our private business clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.
Your key responsibilities in this role will include the following:
- Be involved in various aspects of the business advisory services we provide to our clients;
- Communicate assignments to junior staff and reviewing their work;
- Establish effective working relationships directly with clients;
- Request and provide real-time feedback to team members;
- Contribute to the development of your own and our broader team’s technical acumen;
- Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues;
- Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.
We’re looking for someone who has a minimum of four years proven expertise in similar role. You will hold a relevant tertiary qualification with technical work experience from either professional services or a large reputable corporate environment. Your strong relationship building skills, combined with your attention to detail and ability to manage your time will see you hit the ground running and excel in this fast paced role.
