Leading our Strategy and Transformation team, you’ll be working with senior management and lines of service to support the implementation of the firm strategy and manage change projects. You’ll be part of our community of solvers under Internal Firm Services, which support the client-facing business units. You’ll focus on driving projects from a people and digital perspective, engaging internal stakeholders in bringing the strategy to life and supporting them as they go through transformation due to changes in business tools as well as other digital and strategic initiatives.
You will be agile in managing multiple projects and stakeholders, and have a collaborative approach to providing solutions to the needs of the lines of service. You will ideally hold a relevant post graduate or tertiary qualification, with a strong change management background and at least five years of experience in a similar role. Experience in managing digital change projects will be ideal.
