PwC Philippines is pleased to announce the launch of the Board Box: the pioneer virtual internship and supplementary CPA review program
The spread of COVID-19 has disrupted the way the academe and its partner companies conduct their internship and CPA review programs. When most organizations are increasingly being prevented from offering in-person internship experience, Isla Lipana & Co. (PwC Philippines) continues to invest in our future Filipino CPAs. At PwC, we recognize the value that this program can offer to change the trajectory of their professional career.
Board box is an eight-day interactive course for students and Accountancy graduates who are preparing and reviewing for the CPA Licensure Examinations
There will be two sessions per week (Tuesday and Thursday) with approximately three to four hours per session
The course will assess and sharpen the participants' non-technical skills:
- Analytical skills
- Communication and confidence
- Leadership skills
- Professional skepticism
- People engagement and teaming
- Attention to details

- The course will have small review groups of ten-20 participants
- Participants will be evaluated at the end of each course
- Certificate of participation will be given to students as internship credits.
Format
- Case study will be provided on each course
- Participants should be able to prepare a solution for each case study and present it
