What you will learn how to:

Describe the importance of sustainability and understand the challenges facing humanity,
Understand the PRiSM project delivery lifecycle,
Develop an effective business case for projects through sustainability lenses,
Perform a P5 impact assessment analysis (P5IA),
Develop and manage sustainability with the Sustainability Management Plan (SMP),
Engage and negotiate with your project's stakeholders for sustainability practices,
Evaluate potential suppliers using sustainable criteria,
Report accurately on project progress to stakeholders and provide materiality for ESG and sustainability reporting.

Day 1: 4 hours (9 a.m. – 1 p.m.)

Green Project Management is a focused three-day course designed to equip you with the skills to manage projects sustainably. Delivered in four modules over the total of 10 hours, the course includes interactive presentations, group discussions, and practical exercises. You will learn to apply sustainability principles, understand the PRiSM lifecycle, and develop sustainable business cases.

Vugar is a project management professional with over 14 years of experience. He has successfully managed complex projects across diverse industries, including finance, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, UN, international events and energy, using traditional, agile and hybrid approaches. He has supported agile transformation practices for cross-functional teams at Pfizer and UNICEF from 2022 to 2024.

Since 2022, he has delivered both online and in-person learning sessions for more than 1,000 participants across countries such as the Czech Republic, Poland, Serbia, Germany, UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Azerbaijan, Malaysia, Singapore and India.
