This highly interactive and hands-on course offers a unique experience for juniors in the area of project management. The course is designed to help participants build knowledge and skills, grow their confidence, and manage projects on their own. Throughout the course, participants will learn how to manage a successful project by discovering the tools needed to launch a project, manage all the project phases, develop risk strategies, meet the project goals and much more.
After completing our course, you will have a more detailed understanding of the most important methods and techniques of project management. This will help you to lead projects to a successful conclusion with less effort and time and to do it within the budget.

Course details

PwC Academy offers a unique experience for juniors in the area of project management. After completing this two-day course, you will have a more detailed understanding of the concepts, processes and techniques of project management. This knowledge will help you to lead projects to a successful conclusion with less effort and time and to do it within the budget.

Veronika Balasičová

Veronika worked for PwC Advisory Slovakia for 8 years as a management consultant. She focuses on providing strategic consulting services for major business clients. During her career, she gained a lot of experience not only in the field of consulting, but also in the automotive, manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries. Since 2020, she is active mainly in the project management area.
