Case Study

The client requested PwC to design a blueprint for an end-to-end governance framework to ensure responsible data analytics across the organisation’s entities. The goal was to have an ultimate vision for how to ensure, through tangible actions and processes and clearly allocated responsibilities, that the way data was used and analysed aligned with the organisation’s ethical principles.

PwC’s approach

PwC delivered the project using a phased approach ensuring the delivered solution fit the client’s needs:

Initial mapping of the existing processes around data analytics and a current state assessment
Developing a blueprint for responsible data analytics that described relevant roles and responsibilities, processes, key workflows and actions, as well as requirements for tooling to support the implementation of the blueprint
Collaboratively with the client, developing an implementation roadmap to make the blueprint a reality
