Cyber Transformation Methodology and Roadmaps analysis has been completed

January 2025

PwC Estonia with Tallinn University of Technology Department of Software Science conducted the “Cyber Transformation Methodology and Roadmaps” analysis for the Estonian Information System Authority (RIA).

Our aim was to analyse the roadmaps of companies that received grants for Cyber Transformation roadmap from RIA and EIS (Estonian Business and Innovation Agency) and make recommendations to improve the Cyber Transformation roadmap methodology developed by RIA.

Our findings were presented at the CyberMeetUp held on January 16th.

The project team from PwC Estonia included Triin Toimetaja, Tarmo Meresmaa, Andreas Nõmm, and Merilin Köörna, and from TalTech Anu Baum and Rain Ottis.

Cybersecurity is a challenge for many small and medium size enterprises; however more than 60 Estonian SMEs have taken important steps towards increasing their resilience to cyber threats thanks to the Cyber Transformation initiative and methodology.
