Delux Holding OÜ acquires MIVAR-VIVA AS

Delux Holding OÜ acquires the subsidiary MIVAR-VIVA AS from parent company MIVAR AS. Delux Holding acquires the textile manufacturer to expand to pillows and blankets production. 

Delux Holding has been operating since 1985. The company exports its products to more than 12 countries, mainly to Switzerland and Germany. MIVAR-VIVA is a textile manufacturing company founded in 1993. The company mainly produces blankets and pillows made of various fabrics and with different fiber fillings. The Company’s products are exported to European countries - Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Finland.
