PwC Deals team advised Veho AS on the sale of its subsidiary Silwi Autoehituse AS, the company was acquired by CEO Märt Tõnumaa together with an associated team of investors.
The enterprise was sold as Veho desires to concentrate on its main line of business - the sale of automobiles.
PwC Estonian Deals’ experts Teet Tender, Raul Ruubel, and Egert-Gerret Kreek contributed to the success of the sale.
Silwi Autoehituse AS has been performing vehicle customisations since 1996, tailoring regular Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and Vito vans into specialised vehicles from ambulances to luxury buses.
Veho is a Finnish car enterprise, which in addition to home market also operates in Sweden and the Baltic countries. The focus of Veho is the sale and after-sale service of Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Veho has 7 dealerships in Estonia, located in Tallinn, Maardu, Tartu, Pärnu, and Rakvere. A total of 280 people work in Veho's representative offices in Estonia.
