PwC advised Gi Group Holding on the acquisition of an HR leasing and staffing company

PwC Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania have acted as the exclusive buy-side advisor to the Gi Group Holding, the leading Italian international company dedicated to the HR market, in their acquisition of Verita Solutions OÜ, which manages personnel leasing & staffing companies CVO Recruitment and Simplika.
The project, which was led by Petras Misiūnas and Greta Didžbalė, included the provision of financial, tax and legal due diligence, as well as other transaction support services.
The project showcased excellent collaboration between the Deals, Tax and Legal advisory teams in PwC Estonia, PwC Latvia and PwC Lithuania.
· The financial due diligence was led by Teet Tender, Raul Ruubel, Greta Didžbalė and Gerds Ivuskans.
· Tax due diligence team included and was led by Martin Tois, Kristina Grinevičiūtė, Nerijus Nedzinskas and Īva Saicane.
· Legal due diligence, as well as other legal transaction support, was provided by teams led by Karin Marosov, Elena Mickevičienė and Jānis Gavars.
CVO Recruitment provides labour market consultation services with its main focus on recruitment and headhunting, Simplika provides personnel leasing and staffing services for companies who cannot or in some cases decide not to hire employees directly.
