PwC advised Ragn-Sells on entering the business of packages subject to deposit

Ragn-Sells, a recycling company, acquired Pandipakendi Automatiseeritud Käitlussüsteem OÜ (P.A.K.), as a result of which the company entered the business of managing the circulation system of packages subject to deposit and providing cleaning services.

Ragn-Sells operates in the field of waste management, which includes the collection and processing of municipal and industrial waste, transport of municipal waste, collection of construction and industrial waste, collection of hazardous waste and renting out waste containers.

The main activity of P.A.K. is providing the service of collecting packages subject to deposit to retailers. It also operates in the field of providing cleaning services for real estate. At the end of 2019, the company owned more than 85 automates for the collection of packages subject to deposit all over Estonia.
