PwC advised the acquirers of Piletilevi

BaltCap Private Equity Fund III will purchase a majority shareholding in Baltic Ticket Holdings, a ticket sales chain that operates in Estonia under the trademark Piletilevi. A minority shareholding in Piletilevi will be acquired by a co-investor Sven Nuutmann, who will also become Chairman of the Management Board of Piletilevi.
PwC Estonia’s Deals team led by Teet Tender, Raul Ruubel, Jere Hirvi and Lisette Starostin advised BaltCap and Sven Nuutmann in performing the financial due diligence for the deal.
