PwC advised the owners of Tradehouse on a major transaction

BaltCap Growth Fund (BGF) invests in Tradehouse, the leading beauty products wholesale and retail company in Estonia to further accelerate its growth.
The corporate finance team of PwC Estonia, led by Raul Ruubel, Teet Tender and Lisette Starostin, acted as a sole financial adviser to the owners of Tradehouse and the law firm PwC Legal Estonia led by Rutt Värk as a legal advisor.
Additionally, vendor tax due diligence and financial fact book services were provided by a separate team of PwC colleagues led by Allar Karu, Jere Robert Hirvi and Merli Suu, tax and legal restructuring advice was provided by Indrek Ergma and Maret Ansperi.
