PwC advised the owners of Kemmerling OÜ, which is engaged in the rental of portable sanitary equipment in Estonia, on the sale of the company. The chosen buyer was the German group Toi Toi & Dixi GmbH.
PwC's transaction consulting department managed the sales process from investor mapping, communication and preparation of sales materials to the financial aspects of the transaction structure, including pricing negotiations. Sass Karemäe and Raul Ruubel managed the transaction on behalf of PwC and were supported by a senior consultant Andrea Pärtelpoeg and consultants Heinrich Tinno and Andres Petjärv.
"The experience and professionalism of PwC consultants made the whole process smooth and easy. An entrepreneur who does not have experience in a large-scale sales transaction, where most of the potential interested parties are international, the involvement of professional consultants is helpful both in managing the entire process, in numerous negotiations and in the end in the formation of the best sales price," said Külli Ilves, one of Kemmerling's founders. "The commitment and motivation of Sass Karemäe and Raul Ruubel, who led the transaction, regardless of the time of day, holidays or people's geographical location, finally led us to a result that far exceeded our initial expectations. We were very satisfied with the cooperation!"
Kemmerling rents mobile outdoor toilets and other related products all over Estonia. The product range also includes other products needed for outdoor events and construction, such as fences, grandstands, building heaters and electrical accessories.
Toi Toi & Dixi Group is engaged in the production, sale and rental of portable sanitary equipment and provides various ancillary services in Germany and elsewhere in Europe.
