담당업무 (Responsibilities)
Conduct market development and expansion work on behalf of foreign companies not in the Japan or Korean market and/or Japanese or Korean companies seeking to enter markets overseas.
Undertake market research which includes ecosystem mapping, feasibility studies, market scoping and competitor analysis.
Create target lists and corresponding lead generation strategies.
Identify, contact, secure, facilitate and support client meetings with key decision makers within companies and organisations, interpreting and providing technical liaison when required.
Conduct high-level discovery conversations with target accounts driving discussions.
Coordinate visits to clients for demos/ presentations.
Support the organization of on/offline events.
Produce marketing materials and intelligence reports, industry sector reports and meeting notes;
Manage, track and report all project activities;
Manage Associates within a project team;
Lead projects with direct report to clients;
Monitor new market entrants and particularly tech-related news and trade developments in Korea;
Support outreach and business development activities of the team;
Report directly to the Managing Director;
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Must be native in Japanese.
Fluent in English and Korean.
Must have excellent research and analytical skills as well written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to take initiative and work effectively under pressure.
Must be capable of independent decision-making and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Must be highly motivated, passionate and creative with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all levels within and external to the organisation.
Must have excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
우대사항 (Preferred Qualifications & Abilities)
BA or MA Degree in social sciences, business and/or relevant fields
4+ years of relevant work experience
Experience of conducting a research and/or strategy consulting projects
