㈜비에스렌탈 지분 매각자문

2011년에 설립된 ㈜비에스렌탈은 가전제품 및 사무기기 등을 대여 및 판매하는 B2C 소비 용품 렌탈 플랫폼 업체로 2019년 기준 고객 26만명을 보유하고 있으며, 음식물처리기, 런닝머신, 의류건조기, 청소기 등의 다양한 제품 군으로 온라인과 홈쇼핑 시장에 이어 오프라인 시장으로도 활발한 진출을 하고 있습니다.

이번 딜에는 대신프라이빗에쿼티-캑터스프라이빗에쿼티 컨소시엄이 인수자로 참여하여 ㈜비에스렌탈의 지분을 인수하였습니다.

PwC Korea Deals Corporate Finance team is pleased to announce the sale of shares in BS Rental Co., Ltd. 

BS Rental Co., Ltd., established in 2011, is a B2C consumer goods rental platform company which rents and sells home appliances and office equipment and has 260 thousand customers as of 2019.
The company has been expanding into the offline market with various product lines such as food processing, treadmills, clothes dryers, and vacuum cleaners.
In this deal, Daishin Private Equity-Cactus Private Equity Consortium acquired shares of BS Rental Co., Ltd.

The PwC Korea Deals Corporate Finance team, led by Sang-Soo Yoo and Jin-Song Chung, was engaged as a sell-side M&A advisor for BS Rental Co., Ltd. on the sale of its shares to Daishin Private Equity-Cactus Private Equity Consortium and successfully closed the transaction.
