Edge는 Deals 구성원을 글로벌 인재로 양성하기 위한 PwC Deals L&D 프로그램입니다. 입사 시점부터 PwC에서 마련한 글로벌 차원의 최신 교육과정이 제공되며, Asia Pacific 지역의 PwC Deals 신규 입사자들과의 네트워킹 채널 구축 및 우수 성과자를 위한 해외 단기 파견기회 등이 주어집니다.
교육 및 훈련과정은 Deal 업무에 필요한 Digital & Techinical Skills 뿐만 아니라 Business Skills 개발을 위한 다양한 프로그램으로 구성되며, 3년간의 정규 과정을 이수한 구성원에게는 ‘PwC Advanced Certificate in Deals’ 수료증을 수여합니다.
또한, 입사 첫 해 Edge 프로그램의 모든 참가자들이 함께하는 ‘International Deals Foundation Event(IDFE)’가 매년 다양한 국가에서 개최되며, 최근 2023년 5월에는 일본 후쿠오카에서 진행되었습니다.

When you complete the Edge programme, you will be awarded with the PwC Advanced Certificate in Deals and have the opportunity to specialise in the area and industry which best suits you.
