Mark joined the Assurance line of service at PwC Malta in 2003, where he gained experience overseas in PwC Jersey, London and New York offices. He subsequently joined the Advisory Deals practice in 2011, and was made an Advisory Director in 2023.
He has mainly managed advisory engagements in Transaction Services and Corporate Finance covering various assignments principally including due diligence (vendor and buy-side), valuations, impairment assessments, business strategy reviews and feasibility studies amongst others.
Particularly in the past few years, Mark has managed diverse financial due diligence projects both locally and overseas, having been involved in engagements at PwC London and Milan offices.
Mark is a graduate of the University of Malta and is a Fellow of ACCA and the Malta Institute of Accountants as well as a Certified Public Accountant.
